Quick “Total Wellness” List

Here is a quick list to gauge how close you are to total wellness.  This is not an all-inclusive list.  This is simply an awareness tool.  You will know how close or not so close you are to TOTAL WELLNESS.

Top Ten List (as far as my mind can think this morning:-)

1.  Pray with all of your might!

2.  Take all thoughts captive. Be aware of destructive thoughts and then give your fear, anger, lust, jealously, and greed over to the Lord.

3.  Love God, love your neighbor, and love yourself.

4.  Express yourself.  Share your talents, wisdom, and passions.

5.  Be creative and bold with your work regardless of whether your a stay at home mom, owner of a company, an employee, or a retiree with hobbies.

6.  Learn.  Read great books.  Talk with wise people.

7.  Eat local, organic foods everyday.

8.  Get fresh air and sunshine everyday.

9.  Play. Recreation is crucial to your vitality. Fitness falls in this category.

10.  Travel.
